Ingredients

● 1 Strawberry Ensure Original shake, 8 fl oz
● ½ cup low-fat blueberry or mixed berry yogurt
● ½ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen Ice

Directions

Layer all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
